Going beyond...to achieve excellent results!

Northfleet Technology College is extremely proud of all our students’ achievements, going beyond to achieve excellent results. This year has seen a significant rise in the number achieving Grade 4 or above in English and Maths including a 6% jump in those achieving a grade 5. These results highlight the fantastic efforts of our students, working side by side with our staff on a Secondary School journey that began in the heart of the pandemic. This can be highlighted by one student who achieved 4 grades above national expectations through his dedication and resolve. We are proud of all our students’ individual achievements.

Progress for our Sixth Form has also increased to above National on all measures. This is especially significant for those taking the IBCP, a qualification that blends high academic rigour with a vocational breadth. This success has enabled many of our students to achieve their first-choice university or apprenticeship applications.  Their hard work has certainly paid off and we are delighted to wish them every success for the future with more than a third moving on to their first choice University.  Particular mention goes to two students from our Sports Academy who have won scholarships in America, and to the Academy First team for finishing second in the European Youth Basketball League.

We wish all our students every success in their future career journeys and welcoming many of them back into the Sixth Form in September.
